Premiered by the JACK quartet on April 24, 2010 in Saint Peter's Church, New York.

This is the first piece I wrote while studying with Julio Estrada. It is very much a study piece where I applied many of the things I was learning at the time. It is the first fully graphed piece that I wrote. It is for eight performers: a string quartet and a quartet of sound diffusers.
